Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
  • All orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4 – 7 business days, depending on the carrier (BPOST, DHL, DPD, or FedEx).
  • Please note that external factors such as carrier delays or customs clearance may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for all orders within our range.
  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for a new delivery attempt.

Returns & Withdrawal Period

Withdrawal Period (Right of Withdrawal)

  • You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • This policy applies only to private customers (B2C) and not to business purchases (B2B).

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or covered by warranty.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

✔ Photos of the product and packaging

If the defect is covered under warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
