Installation requirements

What you provide. Cold and warm water plus a drain, within reach of the head end of the unit, and one power socket (110-240 V, the plug for your country is included, CE certified). That is the same set-up as a shampoo basin. The unit works on mains pressure: there is no pump, boiler or water treatment to add. The mixer taps on the unit set the temperature, and used water goes straight to the drain. It is never recirculated.

Connection. The flexible hoses and drain connections are in the box (see In the box). The unit is placed, connected to hot, cold and drain, and plugged in. A plumber is recommended and does this in about an hour, but anyone handy with water connections can do it. Your own plumber is fine: the warranty stays valid, only the plumbing work itself is not covered by it. An installation manual ships with the unit.

Space. The footprint in the specifications, plus about 80 cm of working space at the head end and along one long side.

Delivery access. Delivered to the ground-floor entrance in a reinforced crate. Check the route to the treatment room (doors, corridors, no stairs or lift needed) before you order, and ask us for the crate dimensions if access is tight.

Care & cleaning

Care. Lay a clean, preferably white towel on the mattress before every treatment. Wipe the surface after each use with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive product, disinfect contact areas with an antibacterial spray, and keep the mattress from staying wet. Clean the basin like a sink. A full cleaning protocol ships with the unit.

Delivery, warranty & returns

Delivery. Made to order. Delivered to your door in 8-10 weeks (US/CA: duties paid, straight from the factory). Head spa beds, tables and chairs: free delivery to the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia, import duties and customs clearance included. Basins and accessories: €199 worldwide, duties included. Other countries: delivery quote on request. Delivered to your ground-floor entrance on an agreed date; we confirm when it ships, with the tracking number. Inspect on arrival and report visible transport damage within 48 hours with photos.

Warranty. Two years on parts and workmanship. Replacement parts ship from the factory; most repairs are done on site with our instructions. Returns. Every unit is made to order in your finish. You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours after payment, before we place the order with the factory; after that, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or returned, and no right of withdrawal applies. Good to know

Does the Komorebi need a water pump?

No. It connects directly to your mains water and drain, like a basin. There is no pump and no heater in the water path, which removes the parts that most often fail on other head spa beds.

What plumbing do I need in my salon?

A standard water feed and a drain within reach of the unit. Two independent mixers control the rinse spray and the basin separately, so you always work with fresh, clean water rather than recirculated water.

Is it genuinely a 2 in 1?

Yes. The padded lid closes to give a completely flat treatment table for body or facial work, then lifts to reveal the ceramic head spa basin. One footprint covers your whole menu.

How many colours can I choose?

42 upholstery finishes are available as standard, and custom colours can be matched on request, so the bed fits your interior exactly.

What warranty and support do I get?

Every Komorebi comes with a 2 year warranty and specialist support 7 days a week, before and after your purchase.

How long is delivery?

Each unit is made to order in your chosen finish, so allow 8 to 10 weeks. We confirm when it ships, with the tracking number, and deliver to your door.

What is included?

Included: the head spa unit in your finish, the stool on wheels, headrest, water arc, the cushion that turns the basin into a massage table, and the steam unit with steam cap. Delivery to your door is included.

What power supply does it need?

110-240 V. The plug for your country is included, so it works in Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia without an adapter.

Does the Komorebi have electric functions?

No. The Komorebi is a fixed massage table with an integrated head spa basin: no foot bath, no electric backrest and no massage function. Light therapy and the steam unit are included.

What is the maximum user weight?

200 kg.
