Head spa basins: the ritual without the footprint

A portable head spa basin brings the Japanese scalp ritual to an existing treatment bed or chair. The basin holds the head in an ergonomic neck cradle, warm water flows from the built-in tank or from your tap, and waste water is collected in a second tank. No plumbing is needed for the tank-fed models, so a basin is the fastest way to add head spa to a salon, a barbershop or a mobile practice.

When a basin is the right choice

Choose a basin if you already have a good treatment bed, if you rent your space, or if you want to test head spa before investing in a full station. Tank-fed models give you about six to eight rinses per fill. If you later move to a fixed bed or table, the basin keeps its value as a second station.

Frequently asked questions

Does a portable head spa basin need plumbing?

No. Tank-fed models have a clean water tank and a waste water tank with level gauges. Fill, treat, empty. Plumbed models connect to a tap and drain like a shampoo basin.

How much water does one treatment use?

A full head spa ritual uses 8 to 12 litres. A 60-litre clean tank gives you roughly six treatments per fill.

Can I use the basin with my existing bed?

Yes. The basin is height adjustable and rolls on castors, so it works with most treatment beds and reclining chairs.
