Delivery

• Production and delivery take 10 to 12 weeks from your order.
• Shipping is €199 per unit, worldwide, import duties and customs handling included. No invoices on arrival.
• You receive an e-mail when production starts, when the unit ships (with tracking where available) and before delivery to arrange a date.
• Delivery is to the ground-floor entrance of your address. Tell us in the order notes if there is no lift or a narrow access.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Visible transport damage must be reported within 48 hours to info@headspastore.com with photos and your order number, so we can resolve it quickly.

Warranty

All head spa units come with a 2-year warranty, for salons and private customers alike, starting on the date of delivery.

What is covered

• Manufacturing and material defects of the unit, the basin, the frame and the upholstery.
• Electrical components such as light therapy, motors and controls.
• Replacement parts are shipped from the factory; most repairs are done on site by your own technician with our instructions.

What is not covered

• Normal wear of upholstery, damage from misuse, chemicals or incorrect installation.
• Plumbing done by third parties.
• Transport damage not reported within 48 hours.

Returns

Because every unit is made to order in your finish, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started. Before that moment, you can cancel free of charge. If something is wrong with your unit on arrival, we fix it under warranty.

Payment

Card, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna and bank transfer. EU businesses with a valid VAT number order without VAT (reverse charge). Prices are shown excl. VAT, with the price incl. VAT next to it.
