Delivery
- Head spa units (beds, tables, basins, chairs): made to order in your chosen finish. Production and delivery take 10–12 weeks.
- Shipping: €199 per head spa unit — worldwide.
- Tools and accessories in stock: shipped within a few business days at the rate shown at checkout.
Every order is checked by a specialist before production starts, and we keep you updated on the production status of your order. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes; these are payable by the customer.
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Visible transport damage must be reported within 48 hours via info@headspastore.com with photos and your order number, so we can resolve it quickly.
Warranty
All head spa units come with a 2-year warranty, for salons and private customers alike, starting on the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Manufacturing and material defects in the frame and structural construction
- The ceramic or acrylic basin
- Workmanship
What is not covered
- Wear parts and consumables (upholstery, mattresses, hoses, seals, filters, shower heads)
- Electronic components, except when defective on arrival (report within 48 hours of delivery)
- Damage from improper use, incorrect installation or connection, or lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by the customer or third parties, water damage from incorrect connection, modifications or third-party repairs
- Normal wear, discolouration and cosmetic traces of use
To make a warranty claim, e-mail info@headspastore.com with your order number, a short description and photos or video. If the claim is accepted we will repair the product, send replacement parts or replace the unit. Full warranty conditions are set out in our terms & conditions.
Returns
Made-to-order head spa units are produced specifically for you in your chosen finish and are therefore excluded from return. Not sure about a colour? Request free colour samples before you order. Cancellation before production starts is free of charge (minus payment costs); after production has started, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Private customers (B2C) have a 14-day right of withdrawal on stock items such as tools and accessories, provided they are unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
