This machine is perfect for my home based mini salon, no need for pipeline installation and very easy to use. All the parts are working well. I was a new buyer and worried whether it was legit, but the team was so friendly, helpful and very professional with my inquiries. They literally took my worries away. We are loving our head spa beds, I ordered 3 for my spa. My rep was very thorough and explained the details I needed in English. The shipment timing was what I expected and delivery was prompt. The directions were a little weird but we figured it out. I highly recommend this company.
Extremely satisfied with the customer service!! They were so communicative through the whole process, and ordering such a big, expensive product, that really put me at ease. There were never any gaps in communication. Very professional and very pleasant to talk with, plus the bed is beautiful! It takes a while to ship from China so be prepared for that, but it was 100% worth it. Definitely recommend!
This bed is everything I thought it would be. It's comfortable and easy to use. The craftsmanship is amazing and the team was a delight to work with. They answered all my questions and made the transaction super easy. I plan on buying another bed as my business expands.

Great from start to finish! I was a little worried about making an expensive purchase from another country, but they made me feel safe and confident the whole time, reassuring me everything would be great, and it was! Constant communication, they answered any questions I had and sent me videos of setups. They even sent a couple of free gifts as a first time customer, which was super thoughtful! Product is nice quality and I'm excited to use it!! I would definitely buy again!
