Cancelling a made-to-order unit

• Before production starts: you can cancel free of charge. We refund the full amount within 14 days to the original payment method.
• Once production has started: cancellation costs 50% of the order value, because the unit is built to your specification in your finish.
• After dispatch: cancellation is no longer possible.

You receive an e-mail when production starts, so you always know in which phase your order is.

Right of withdrawal for private customers

Private customers (consumers) in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal on stock items such as tools and accessories, counted from the day you receive them, provided they are unused and in the original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to head spa units made to your specification (art. VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

To withdraw, e-mail info@headspastore.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery, then send the goods to the address below. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the goods, to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective units

Report visible transport damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Damaged or defective units are repaired or replaced under our 2-year warranty at no cost to you.
