You provide: towels, your treatment products, a practitioner stool and a power socket (110-240 V, plug for your country included).

No plumbing. The basin runs from its own clean-water tank (60 L) and waste-water tank (30 L), both on castors with a level gauge. Fill the clean tank from any tap; the waste tank empties into a drain or toilet. Nothing is built into a wall or floor, so it can move between rooms.

Power. One power socket, 110-240 V. The plug for your country is included (CE certified).

Space. The footprint in the specifications, plus about 80 cm of working space behind the basin for the therapist. It pairs with most treatment beds and reclining chairs; the arch reaches the head position on the bed.

Care. Lay a clean, preferably white towel on the mattress before every treatment. Wipe the surface after each use with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive product, disinfect contact areas with an antibacterial spray, and keep the mattress from staying wet. Clean the basin like a sink. A full cleaning protocol ships with the unit.

Delivery. Made to order. Delivered to your door in 8-10 weeks (US/CA: duties paid, straight from the factory). Head spa beds, tables and chairs: free delivery to the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia, import duties and customs clearance included. Basins and accessories: €199 worldwide, duties included. Other countries: delivery quote on request. Delivered to your ground-floor entrance on an agreed date; we confirm when it ships, with the tracking number. Inspect on arrival and report visible transport damage within 48 hours with photos.

Warranty. Two years on parts and workmanship. Replacement parts ship from the factory; most repairs are done on site with our instructions. Returns. Every unit is made to order in your finish. You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours after payment, before we place the order with the factory; after that, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or returned, and no right of withdrawal applies.
