You provide: towels, your treatment products, a practitioner stool and the water and power points described under Installation requirements.

What you provide. A hot and a cold water supply with shut-off valves, and a drain, within reach of the head end of the unit; and one 230 V socket (CE, European plug). That is the same set-up as a shampoo basin. There is no pump, boiler or water treatment to add: the water temperature comes from your own hot-water supply, the mixer taps on the unit regulate it, and used water goes straight to the drain. It is never recirculated.

Connection. The flexible hoses and drain connections are in the box (see In the box). The unit is placed, connected to hot, cold and drain, and plugged in. A plumber does this in about an hour. Your own plumber is fine: the warranty stays valid, only the plumbing work itself is not covered by it. An installation manual ships with the unit.

Space. The footprint in the specifications, plus about 80 cm of working space at the head end and along one long side.

Delivery access. Delivered to the ground-floor entrance in a reinforced crate. Check the route to the treatment room (doors, corridors, no stairs or lift needed) before you order, and ask us for the crate dimensions if access is tight.

Care. Lay a clean, preferably white towel on the mattress before every treatment. Wipe the surface after each use with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive product, disinfect contact areas with an antibacterial spray, and keep the mattress from staying wet. Clean the basin like a sink. A full cleaning protocol ships with the unit.

Delivery. Made to order in your finish, 10 to 12 weeks. €199 worldwide, import duties and customs included. Delivered to your ground-floor entrance on an agreed date, with tracking where available. Inspect on arrival and report visible transport damage within 48 hours with photos.

Warranty. Two years on parts and workmanship. Replacement parts ship from the factory; most repairs are done on site with our instructions. Returns. Because every unit is made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started; before that, you can cancel free of charge.
